This may be related to an A2DP audio routing issue I investigated on the Jolla Phone 2026.
In my case, Bluetooth reconnects successfully, but OHM fails to activate the A2DP audio route, leaving media playback on the phone speaker.
I’ve published an experimental fix for Sailfish OS 5.2.0.20. I haven’t tested it with car audio systems yet, so I cannot confirm whether it also resolves the HFP/A2DP interaction described here.
