We just recently got told, Jolla are close to releasing Bluetooth support (simulataneously with SFOS) in AAS working and they said they might be able to use the same system to enable NFC too. Seems to me like it will work for the new Jolla Phone and of cause the other phones too.
And if you say you got .73 already, didn’t you read the release notes? It is in there… please read it… it is not yet in that update but will come as a seperated download from the store when it is ready:

PS: “Completely useless” is a very exaggerated statement anyway, because there are a lot of apps which do not need either of these technologies… but yes, I am looking very much forward for Bluetooth in AAS too.
