ZenDesk page hidden [fixed]

I have a bookmark to a ZenDesk page which used to be freely available. Now I’m prompted for a login, and then I get:

The page is still linked from other pages, including this and pages with ‘Related articles’. I would report this on the ZenDesk site itself, but there’s not even a link to report a problem with the website itself…

The article on backup should be visible to everyone, again. Apologies for hiding it.
