I’m looking for the latest OS for my F5121, but I did found only for the F5122 ( Sony Xperia X, dual SIM (F5122) Sailfish OS 4.6.0.15, last supported version ). This can be used for F5121
The phone cannot be charged, and I don’t know, what happend with it, so I try to flash it again. The battery and the USB plug ok.
If that doesn’t help, I’d buy another phone - F5121 -, but I’ll have to flash it too.

Not quite sure what the problem is if you have purchased a licence in the past for F5121 as OS 4.6.0.15 available in my downloads.
I still have " Sony Xperia X, single SIM (F5121) Sailfish OS 4.6.0.15, last supported version" and the download seems to work, cancelled it early.
Maybe time to contact the shop support after scrolling down in your long list and double-checking.
Or try manually by looking at the page source. It looks to me that there is one secret (probably iding your licenses) and the button value seems to be “3”, at least for me.
I could use the built-in debugger of firefox to download the image. Just “shift+f5” start any download and stop it. Find the “302” in network analysis tab, find “send again” on the far right, and now on the very left scroll down and set “download=3” instead of what you had there before. Now his send and finally double-click the very last request that came up
I also tried a value for download for which i do not have a license, my guess is that “1” is valid for some people. That did not give me anything, because i do not have a license. So everything fine.

I tried 4 different OS ( Win7, Debian12, MX Linux 23.5 and Rosa Linux R12.5 + 4 different browsers : Librewolf, Firefox, Falkon, Chromium ). No F5121 in the downloads list…
What does it means : “if you have purchased a licence” ? Is this the paid version?
Since I didn’t design the android app on my phone, I didn’t pay a license fee either.
Could that be the problem?

Yes. I think there are two possibilities: either Xperia X didn’t received free version or shop doesn’t show old free version for it. Either way if you buy the license you’ll gain access to it. OTOH I may be wrong. So question to support will be on point.

As I wrote, I want to flash the phone again, because there is no charge. Unfortunately, I can’t decide if there is a hardware or software error. If I pay the license fee, but there is no software error, then “I threw the money out the window.”( I go hiking with this phone, because Master Rinigus ’ map has led me and my dogs out of trouble countless times. )
I just want to reinstall the current 4.5.0.24 softwer to see if I can fix my phone. Does anyone have it on their computer? And would you send it to me?

I don’t believe you could buy a license for the X even if you wanted to.

Hi All!
The phone hardware died.
No connection between phone and PC, not possible to charge it. It is placed on the shelf or on the loss list. Maybe someday I’ll fix it. Or not.
