DESCRIPTION:
After upgrade to a new OS release after entering the set security code on first request (decryption, not user login) there is no reaction just the spinner continues. No further process even after hours
PRECONDITIONS:
Upgrade to a new OS release
(free OS version, upgrade executed via CLI, ssu re x.x.x.x and version -dup)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- ssu re x.x.x.x
- version --dup
- reboot
EXPECTED RESULT:
Security code accepted and boot continues
ACTUAL RESULT:
Security code accepted and boot stalled

As this is the second time this happens to me I thought it is worth to report.
Did so for 4.1 and now for 4.2.
I do have defender (testing device) installed but pretty strong believe this has nothing to do with it as it seems to be “fixed” by a second boot.
