[Xperia 10III] Enabling internet sharing drops all bt connections

REPRODUCIBILITY: yes
OS VERSION: 4.5.0.19
HARDWARE: Xperia 10 III (xq-bt52)
UI LANGUAGE: French
REGRESSION: unknown

DESCRIPTION:

I have bt enabled and connect to amazfit watch and bt headser. When I activate internet sharing (wifi tehtering) the 2 connections are dropped.

PRECONDITIONS:

BT activated and devices connected with bt.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Activate internet sharing
  2. Go to settings → bluetooth: no connection active

EXPECTED RESULT:

Bt connections should remain

ACTUAL RESULT:

No connection and devices keep on connecting and disconnecting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

If I then disable and reenable internet sharing, bt connections are back.

Here are the steps I did:

  • Enable Bluetooth on my X10-3 ;
  • Connect my Bluetooth headset with my X10-3 ;
  • Start to listen to music ;
  • Connect another phone with my X10-3 ;
  • Check that 2 connections are enabled ;
  • Activate Internet sharing

No connection were dropped.

My questions:

  • Does it happen with 1 device too?
  • Are Bluetooth connections automatically dropped once Internet get shared?
  • Can you reproduce this bug without your AmazFit?

Just for the record: I also have an amazfit watch and I don’t experience this. So I don’t think it’s related to amazfish.

After a reboot, the problem seems to have disappeared.
