I don’t think so. I guess this time it’ll be delivered… (says my gut feeling)
And yet we are wasting our time here in these forums in hope of a change.
Okay yes, maybe you’re right
Sailfish is the worst OS, except for all the other ones. What else is new?
Sailfish is a good OS. The problem discussed above isn’t with the OS but with its vendor.
Now you see the fault in your case? It’s August, and no final payment was requested, deliveries end of forever…
Still no
I am actually fine, if I get the device this year.
so, now that the XQ-DC54 appears in the supported list- which version to install now?
On the download page there is no version for this model listed yet
I have to admit I lost a bit of overview.
Also, the list says Android 13, while the howto here
refers to install Android 14 first.
Does anyone have it installed already (on android 14)?
What’s the correct way and version now?
I got rather cheap an XQ-DC54 and I am eager now to try but want to avoid issues which can be avoided.
yes, as said already, I noticed that
But that doesn’t necessarily mean that there is no (yet unsupported / unofficial) build for testing somewhere.
Oh sorry, I recommand to wait until an official release for the 10IV/V is out - I have one 10V too and I am waiting also…
Indeed I would prefer that too, but on the other hand my old phone is giving up pretty much right now and I don’t mind to mess with a few bugs/reports in the meantime.
Please do read paragraphs until their end and follow links, such as (in this case) «according to Jolla’s post “Sailfish Community News, 1st August 2024”».
Sorry, indeed missed that reference.
Same here. A xperia 10 V is waiting to get a live outside prison …
Sooner than later?
…and more chars.
