[Xperia 10 V] Bluetooth can be enable only once after boot

DESCRIPTION:

After boot, bluetooth can be enable. But if you disable it, you can’t reenable it. Reboot to enable it again.

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Turn off bluetooth (in settings app or top menu switch)

  2. Reboot phone (-> no bluetooth)

  3. Turn on bluetooth (with top menu switch → bluetooth ok)

  4. Turn off bluetooth (with top menu switch or in settings → no bluetooth)

  5. Try to turn on bluetooth:

    • with top menu switch: displays briefly on then off
    • from settings app: touch bluetooth switch: blinks forever as long as you do not come back to the previous view

EXPECTED RESULT:

Bluetooth should be enabled

ACTUAL RESULT:

Bluetooth is not enabled

Can confirm that this issue also appears to be present on Xperia 10 IV (XQ-CC54). Seems pretty consistent - if Bluetooth is on at boot, it works, then if you switch it off and on again (from top menu or from settings) it fails to switch on for a second time. If Bluetooth is off at boot, you can switch it on once and it will work, but switching it off and on again does not work.
