Is it really true that, in case someone needs to reset the device (from xperia 10 ii and on), re-flashing android and then SFOS again is still the only proper solution?
(latest similar post was about a year ago, I would like to know if there is any change to this procedure)
A clean 5.0.0.55 installation is my intention.
Since you already have Sailfish installed and the bootloader is opened, you just need to download the SFOS image and Sony software binaries and place them in the same folder.
Then you can continue from the step 8 onwards: How to install Sailfish X on Xperia™ 10 III on Linux - Jolla
