[XA2+ SfOS 5.1] Disabling sim2 slot disables mobile data on sim 1

REPRODUCIBILITY: yes
OS VERSION: 5.1.0.11
HARDWARE: XA2 Plus dual sim
UI LANGUAGE: French
REGRESSION: no, already exists in previous versions

DESCRIPTION:

When I disable sim2 slot it disables data on sim1

PRECONDITIONS:

Sim card in slot 1, no sim card in slot 2
Sim 1 and sim 2 slots enabled
Data enabled on sim 1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. disable sim 2 slot

EXPECTED RESULT:

Data on sim1 remains activated

ACTUAL RESULT:

Data on sim1 is deactivated and cannot been activated unless sim2 reenabled

Yes but not solved in 5.1

That’s no reason for a new thread.

I don’t agree. In bug reports we must give information on hardware, os version, etc., and my bug reports is on different hardware and different os version and there was no information in the mentioned thread if the bug was taken care of.

That’s perfectly possible to report and ask for in the original thread. No bug reporting system wants duplicates.

I remember something like this from my XA2 times. I simply never disabled the slot itself, even if there’s no SIM in it; it has no downsides.
