I do not use facebook, so do I need this group? I did not found any
file/directory with this gid on the phone.

My question, is it save to remove these groups or could this break
something anywhere?

Nothing will break if you remove unused groups, however there also is no benefit if you do

Do you know, when or where will these groups be used?

If you use an account of the respective type; account-related data will have permissions based on those groups. No account, no data…

At the point to start a new facebook-account for example it tolds me, that calender & gallery is shared. Some files are cached for offline use. Same in google or twitter. I dont want to break some possilbe dependency, when delete those groups and accounts on the phone.

Can’t quite make out if there was a question in there somewhere, but indeed don’t remove those groups if you don’t want broken accounts. If you won’t be using Facebook it should be safe, but also completely useless, to do so.
