[Workaround] Videocall audio on Whatsapp and Telegram on C2

Since videocalls-audio is automatically set to top speaker (earpiece) on C2 device, I have been unable to hear the person on the other end. Receiving calls working better than outgoing calls though. I have found a workaround to this (not great, but works).
Simply download the app “audio output” from Chum and as soon as the call is connected just swap to that app and switch output to for example speaker.

^ Works for me on Element X.

Wish there was a simple statusbar icon to toggle between earpice and speaker.

A toogle in Top menu you mean? That should be doable :smiley:
Check the code of Audio Outuput, take some inspiration from this patch et voilà :slight_smile:
