Since videocalls-audio is automatically set to top speaker (earpiece) on C2 device, I have been unable to hear the person on the other end. Receiving calls working better than outgoing calls though. I have found a workaround to this (not great, but works).
Simply download the app “audio output” from Chum and as soon as the call is connected just swap to that app and switch output to for example speaker.
