To my information: “any”, yes, yes:
You could connect any (usb-c-based) screen, even a touchscreen, and it should work (as with other linux distributions - you may need to check basic linux compatibility). There will be the same UI you know from the SFOS smartphones and you have a virtual keyboard. 10 inch screens could be sufficient, depending on your use case …
But I think most people will just connect the device to the local network and use any browser in the network to interact with the Mind2
