Which phone models do the binaries on Sony's Open World website in this image point to? Will there be different versions of the same code name? Different code names for the same version? What's the connection between us?

I don’t understand the goal with your many questions.

The official flash guide are pretty exact. What is your issue?

Which phone you have and where does it stops when flashing?

Seems to be a question for Sony. Should we close this thread?

You see in the title sth like “zambezi”, “murray” and so on. That are different phones. For example “murray” is the 10iv.

What is the development code of the Sony Xperia10V I am using? Is it Zambezi? Can you only brush the binary of Zambezi but not the binary of other development codes?

Please follow the official installation instructions. You will find a version for your phone and your desktop OS here:

The instructions contain the exact details of which phone models are supported and which binaries to download. I wish you all success with flashing SailfishOS onto your phone!

Isn’t there a problem with the official one? Listen to others say that the V4b version you specified has more power and can display power normally

You may be right, I don’t have the 10V myself and haven’t followed posts about it closely.

The officially recommended binaries are given in the official installation docs, but it does happen that different binaries work better in some regard. It can also be that you get other problems when you don’t use the recommended ones. Please read through threads about the 10V to find out.

The current release is still a trial due to known problems in the SFOS adaptation for the 10V. Please see the official Release Notes for details, if you haven’t yet.

If you do use the v4b binaries, please be aware that the flashing scripts may fail. This is because the scripts contains a list of recommended binaries along with their checksums. (Based on my experience from other devices.) You can edit the files or issue the commands manually. If opting to edit, also be aware that the checksum of the flashing script itself changes and that you will need to update its signature too.

Yes, use v4b for zambezi
