I’m seeking for a preoder confirmation for the new Jolla (JP2). Sorry for starting a new topic but I wasn’t able to find anything related in the threads. Shouldn’t be the preoder information under “Orders” when signing into the Jolla shop (shopify.com/… orders)? I was one of the first ones to preorder, just a few minutes past 3 o’clock of the 5th of December 2025. For some reason, I don’t see any confirmation when I’m logged in the Jolla shop and I also did not get any confirmation email. The only proof is from PayPal that I had paid 93,87€ on 05.12.25 at 15:09 with a transaction number to Jolla Mobile Oy.
I’m just asking if this is the only proof for the preodering? To my understanding, this was a bit different when preordering the C2.
Well, soon after I preordered the JP2, I noticed that the delivery address had a small mistake, stating the wrong country. I contacted Jolla Zendesk and they had fixed it, mentioning that apparently Jolla’s e-commerce platform didn’t allow editing when ordering. So hopefully this is going to get correct address now. Please share your thoughts and let me know if this payment info is the only proof for the preodering.
Edit. And I have gotten the order confirmation email from shop@jolla.com address. Could it be it has ended in junk email folder and gotten automatically deleted after 30 days? Still I think it should be visible under your orders if you did register for your order
Thanks! I checked my spam and found at least the email confirmation. However, nothing under Orders in the Jolla shop. I believe that something went wrong on that side.
In that case as you found the email confirmation I would go through the zendesk. Maybe they can tell what is wrong? My first guess would have been small typo in the email, but that can’t be the case probably as you got the confirmation email
I have ordered it not beeing logged in into my Jolla Account. I write to them if they can add it to my account, the reply was:
First of all, thank you for your pre-order. We’ll send a personal voucher id separately via email on pre-order batch basis as the product program proceeds. We do not need to link the pre-order to your Jolla account.
My confirmation email from Jolla Shop, shop@jolla.com has the subject, “Order #{order number} confirmed”. Inside it has an order summary with billing address and payment method.
I found my pre-order number #4244 in the email that went into spam. I’m surprised that the pre-order went to that email instead to the one I have at the Jolla Shop and on which I have my monthly voluntary SFOS subscription.
Thanks all for clarification despite not seeing this pre-order under my orders in Jolla Shop and let’s hope we will receive the new Jolla phone at some point!

Now I have to respond here too.
I also pre-ordered a Jolla phone via PayPal. However, I only received confirmation from PayPal. I hadn’t logged in to my Jolla account beforehand. When I log in with my email address, I can’t find any confirmation that I paid €93.87 in advance. How long does it take for the confirmation to arrive? I haven’t received any confirmation by email in the last half hour and I can’t find anything when I log in.
Is it still possible to link the purchase to my Jolla account retrospectively?
OK, I found the confirmation email.
The Jolla Shop took the email address from PayPal, even though I provided a different email address. That’s annoying when it happens like that.
Jolla are aware of the confusion and to make it somewhat more coherent, they have added all current shop items to both shops. Clicking an item then takes you to the place where it is actually sold.
