It’s proprietary software and not free.

Does no one dare to extract the special software from the mobile phone and share it with others for download?
I guess this is just not legal

You can do whatever you want with your own devices for your own use.
Sharing licensed components is piracy.
Other than that, I would recommend everyone to check OKboard, and then find & adjust the layouts you want to your liking.
The old XT9 Jolla used until recently was still heavily outdated even years ago and doesn’t support many languages.
Nothing to look forward to from that component.
