Hello, I can’t send or listen to audio recordings on Whatsapp. When I send it, I only get, Sorry, this media file does not exist in your internal memory. When I play it, I get nothing. Does anyone know what the error is here. I also can’t listen to messages from the backup.
Everything else works.
IIRC you need to do the same as in step 4.2 new phone from this article https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203442828#4 the wrong permissions are set currently and that’s why you can’t do anything.
Thanks for the tip, only now got around to it. Now Whatsapp finally works on my wife’s phone.
