Read Jolla’s email about your order. The cancellation process is explained there.
Wait for Jolla to react. More email will clutter the support department even more and slow down the process for you and others.

There is no explanation about the cancellation process, in the last line there is a hint, that for question I can contact shop@jolla.com.
From my side it is not a problem that it takes longer. But the very least they should do is send an automatic confirmation of receipt. Otherwise, I don’t know if they got it or if it ended up in their junk mail. And no matter how small a business you are, that’s a must.
Read receipts are the sender’s responsibility.
In Thunderbird:
On a per email basis:
click on ‘Write’ to create a new email.
Write email
then click on ‘Options’ in the top Menu bar
select ‘Return Receipts’ and or Delivery Status Notification’
click on ‘Send’
