Are you 100% sure this watch is not connecting to another phone? I’ve seen logs like this when my iPhone was trying to take over and watch was like talking to both devices somehow.
Weather is being sent ony when the watch asks for it. If it thinks it has fresh data it won’t .
One more thing. Weather is opt-in in the pulley menu.
Weather is enabled in Vapaamin, I’ve disabled and re-enabled it for good measure.
My watch was connected to my Fairphone 6 through Garmin Connect, but that phone is turned off, and the watch has never been connected to another device.
The watch itself says the weather is outdated, “24+ hr. ago” it says in it’s Weather app, that’s also why (further up in this thread) I’ve added new locations and such to rule out fresh data: it would force it to re-download data when I added another city.
But no matter what I’ve tried: no weather data gets requested.

It’s possible that your watch uses different data point for weather. Instinct has no city selection, it only requests “here” weather data and IIRC in that protocol the app needs to get a GNSS fix. I’ll test that theory later this week.
Ahoy @sznowicki ! The app worked for for me, with the garmin vivoactive 3 ! Notifications did not show up on the watch but they were in the notification area. I have no ideas if it should popup anyway, I have the watch few days now and I use it with GadgetBridge to collect and visualise activity / hr data. Unfortunately I can’t have both connected, it sees Vapaamin and GadgetBridge as two diferent devices. Temprature was in Fahrenheit, I had to change that in watch settings.
I wish one day we have full ( or as much as we can ) garmin app with stats / graphs etc.

Ahoy @tmichel ,
thank you for the app! I run it, unfortunately it didn’t work for vivoactive 3. It showed that it connected for few seconds each time and then disconnect. I didn’t see anything in Debug Info.
I Paired it again back to gadgetbridge, unfortunately no time for more debuging 
From what I know it’s always the problem with watch being connected to something else already, in my case it’s my iPhone deciding it wants to enable BT and takes over the connection.
