USB thethering not available on Xperia 10 II?

On my old XPERIA X I used USB tethering from time to time. It worked, after installing it:

devel-su
pkcon refresh
pkcon install usb-moded-connection-sharing-android-connman-config
systemctl restart usb-moded

Is it not available for the Xperia 10 II?
pkcon install gives me an error message, that the package is not found.

I have installed usb tethering as defaultuser with

pkcon refresh
pkcon install usb-moded-connection-sharing-android-config
