I’m aware that Jolla people have a lot of work right now - but completely lack of response from the shop is troubling.
I was lucky to purchase more than one phone in one of the first batches - I plan to give them to my kids as their first phone. But when trying to finalize that - it turns out that vouchers can be used one per transaction.
I could make separate purchases, but each one takes significant shipping cost.
I’ve contacted shop@jolla.com more ~10 days ago ago. I repeated my email few days later. There is no response.
If you have multiple Jolla Phone pre-orders, you’ll receive multiple emails for final payment (bear with us, no comments needed ) We will refund any duplicate shipping costs
Imagine thousands of people doing this, and another set of thousands of people asking why they didn’t receive their email yet… How troubling it must be for the guy trying to reply to all of these emails.
For this, attend the community talk that will take place on April 23 and ask your question there quickly; unfortunately, you have no other choice. Mine also wasn’t answered for 1 month, believe me, I was uncomfortable with this situation too, but anyway, luckily they’re organizing a meeting. Until that day comes, you write your problems in advance, and when you’re there at the meeting time that official both answers them and you can also ask additional related questions and get your answers.
This seems to answer OP’s question 100%.
I can understand Jollyboys not wanting to respond to people who did not read all of the text.
Or would you (OP) rather receive automated replies?
Yes - going through all the possible forums which are there - especially those which are NOT presented as the official way of contacting the shop is not the way normal customer appreciates to do the business.
Also - you mean this search function which shows my thread now as the only one relevant to this issue?
It is enough if you just follow the two most important discussions, and at least one of them was linked in the email I received from Jolla.
If you search for example “payment instructions” the two most relevant discussions will be the top two results, and in them this bundling is explained.
You might consider going through the forum you are posting in before asking the same question 200 other individuals have posted before.
And: There is a search function, if going through the whole forum is a bit time consuming. You wrote something about reading not beeing your thing before. But you have to understand searching. It is a bit like using google, they say.
And you are e new member here. Not a customer. The warmth of your welcome can vary and is directly parameterized by your attitude, people say.
