i’d swear that mobile data worked on first boot, but i’ve not been able to getting working since despite re-flashes, new sim card, swapping sim slots, etc:
REPRODUCIBILITY: 100% now. Recurs after a restart.

REGRESSION: Yes - Mobile data tested before and after device flashing. Seems to have happened in last few days - difficult to be precise as I WFH with wifi. Mobile data on the same sim still works fine on my old XA2 Plus running 4.4.0.64.
