REGRESSION: (compared to previous public release: Yes, No, ?): No
DESCRIPTION: Backed up device to onedrive, reset device then updated back to latest release as above and now unable to restore the backup from yesterday.
PRECONDITIONS:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Settings > System > System section > Backup
- Find backup at the bottom to restore
- Select the backup > Select restore
EXPECTED RESULT: Restore backup to device
ACTUAL RESULT: Unable to restore got a message after selecting Restore button after it was preparing “Error: could not download file”
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Tried to copy the backup file from onedrive and downloaded then moved to memory card root. But it doesn’t show in the list of backups. So you are unable to restore either way.
