DESCRIPTION:
When opening the Beurer Health Manager app and trying to pair it to my digital scales via bluetooth I am unable to because it says “BLE not supported”.
I have paired successfully to the scales but the above message keeps appearing so unable to get the readings from the scales into the app.
PRECONDITIONS:
Switch on bluetooth
Have Bluetooth scales available
Pair via bluetooth first
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Pair scales with mobile via bluetooth
- Open Beurer HealthManager app
- Stand on scales and await readings
- Await data to be transferred to app
EXPECTED RESULT:
Should have found scales in app and transferred data.
ACTUAL RESULT:
Unable to do the above as not connecting via app even though I have successfully paired via bluetooth first.

Also this was never an issue with this mobile via Android 9 or Android 10.
