Subscription model and Sony Legacy Devices (XA2, 10,...)

Sorry if this has been answered already, but I got a bit confused when checking the Jolla Shop.

The license for Sony legacy devices product page states

Software updates as long as device is supported

Does this mean that Sailfish OS 5.0 and onwards will be made available for those phones without a subscription?

Yes. It was changed to both options (subscription and one time payment) after rich response from community.

Let’s wait for the release and see exactly.
