Stuck with the introductory tutorial

DESCRIPTION:

First time using SailfishOS. I was following the introductory tutorial and I got stuck when I was requested to press on the clock. At that step, the software just displayed the applications screen (bottom screen) and the overlay text saying to press on the clock. There were no area highlighted where to press and no action had any effect. My only solution: wait the battery to deplete to restart the phone (even power button had no effect). When I restarted, the home screen never loaded (stays orange spinner).

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Just start the tutorial application at first startup

  2. Maybe play with phone orientation?

EXPECTED RESULT:

Not being stuck. Give the user a way to close the tutorial application?

Do you know about force power down power + volume down on xa2? Also the tutorial can be skipped by tapping the corners, i think clock wise

Thank you for the quick response! I should have check forum before and requested for help when I had the problem.

No, I did not know such solutions… I tried some buttons combination, but probably incorrectly, since I did not know what to do.

I would propose to add an additional tutorial page at the beginning to tell the user: you can quit the tutorial at anytime, here is how (even if tapping the corners in some particular order is pretty complicated for a user that is new and want to follow the tutorial).
