Strange behave in browser

DESCRIPTION:

using the browser and trying to open a newspaper web site called www.marca.com anytime that I try to open a page in the web is asking again and again for the cookies status, so you have to do it all the time when you wanna see something in the web

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. open a newspaper web
  2. check the cookies
  3. when you open a new thing in the newspaper web you are asked for the cookies again, and it happens all the time

EXPECTED RESULT:

ACTUAL RESULT:

you waste time waiting to clock for the cookies status

This does not seem to happen anymore on the OS release 4.3.0.12 [#] (Xperia 10ii).
I accepted the cookies dialogue once and it did not appear after that although I opened several news items.
