Sticky grid shows all apps in folder view

UI LANGUAGE: French

DESCRIPTION:

On the App Grid once you open a folder on the second page and use the Sticky Grid function to reach the apps easier, all apps of the first page appear.

PRECONDITIONS:

On App Grid have more than 2 pages and folder in the second page.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Open App Grid
  2. Go to the next page
  3. Open Folder
  4. Use Sticky Grid function. Drag folder down until it’s sticked

EXPECTED RESULT:

As on the first page, the background shouldn’t change and other apps shouldn’t appear.

ACTUAL RESULT:

The folder view is sticked but it’s possible to reach other application.

What do you mean with this?

Once you open a folder, all apps are shown at the top. You pull down and wait a little bit. The folder is sticked. I tried to describe the Sticky App Grid function :confused:

Ah, I see what you mean now, but I can’t reproduce it on 4.3.0.12 on XA2. Maybe XA10II-specific?

Did you try in the first page?

I tried it on both pages

I can repro on the second page, interesting bug:)

I can reproduce the issue. Using XA2 with Sailfish OS 4.3.0.12.

Thanks for the nice, clear, bug report @pherjung. As @vlagged points out, it was an interesting regression caused unexpectedly by the sticky app grid functionality.

We have a fix for this scheduled for the next release. I’d be grateful if you could please check it again when the next release goes out and mark it as solved if it’s fixed (or post your experiences otherwise).
