[Spelling] Keyboard spelling unavailable

Good morning everyone,

As an user of SFOS 4.1.0.24 on Xperia 10 II I’m still unable to have spelling correction suggested on my keyboard… Since no one seems to have written about it I wanted to know if I maybe missed a setting thing or a special package we need to download.

I am aware that upon releasing the SFOS 4, Jolla said that the keyboard spelling correction, wasn’t working, I just wanted to know if anything happened since then ?

Releasing 4.1, for the 10 II specifically that is.

Known issues specific to Xperia 10 II

• Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the Predictive text input on this phone yet. We are working on this, though. Expected in one of the next OS updates.

There hasn’t been any updates since, thus no change.

In the meantime, if you don’t mind toying around with custom third-party repositories, there is the open-source alternative Presage.
