You mean reflash tool? There is Sony’s official Emma tool. And unofficial Piriform.
Officially no. There might be unofficial ones but I’m unaware of them.
Beta SFOS image for Xperia 10 V is available in the Jolla store. Before flashing check if functionality (camera doesn’t work yet, fingerprint seems will never) is good enough for you.
