I took the freedom to translate your post with deepl from “English” back to Finish and again to English. To me the result is much more readable.

So I’m in an area with poor cell service, and I’m using my Apple iPhone’s data connection to connect to a Wi-Fi network, through which I’m using my Sony device. Maybe the connection dropped or something, but the Sony device shut down in my pocket (?), and now it won’t turn on at all—it’s completely dead. There’s no light on in the top corner. The battery was almost full, but the device has no power at all, even though it was charging fine with the iPhone. Is there anything I could check?

If the battery is completely drained it may take some time to reload. So try at least for an hour or so.
The next step could be to boot with volume up and power pressed at the same time. After that reboot again normally.
Thank you
let see how it works
It goes up and running and i put in my pocket and dead again
. Battery is full and no problem with that. I put it overnight charge and try tomorrow again
So… what’s exactly in your pocket?
Does it also unload rapidly if you just put it on a table?
The phone turns off while in my pocket. The reason was unknown. Now it’s been resolved! The screw securing the battery power cable was loose, and the power cable connector had come slightly unplugged. Fixed. No SW problem
