I would like to create a snapshot data log at event, like when bluetooth device disconnects. This would allow me to retrieve latest status of my connected device.
The snapshot is something like in automotive information data at events: time, date, temoeratures, ssid connected and location if possible.

The Gathering Information bit is important - you have to fgure out which events you choose for triggering your action.
