DESCRIPTION:

Named SMS/MMS sender which with name with # started at the beginning is an authenticated entity name required in Hong Kong. All SMS/MMS received grouped to a single conversion. Some of the sender obvious is not the belong to the name of the conversion.

PRECONDITIONS:

SMS/MMS has name start with symbol # been sent to the device.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. SMS/MMS has name start with symbol # been sent to the device.
  2. Open the message.
  3. Received message mostly incorrect putted to the conversion with name started with # .

EXPECTED RESULT:

SMS/MMS has name start with symbol # grouped to different conversion regarding the name after # separately.

ACTUAL RESULT:

SMS/MMS has name start with symbol # grouped to a single conversion regardless the name after #

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Didn’t know when the problem occur. Maybe the message database has some problem maybe. Cannot test by myself since Sender Registration is required.
