Seeking contact with shop Jolla

I am trying to get in touch with the shop@jolla.com as is stated on the website, but my mails from 16 april and 6 may are as of yet not anwered.

I have a problem regarding the purchage of the jolla 2 phone.

Hello and welcome! Jolla has said that they have huge email backlog they are trying to handle. They probably just haven’t found time yet to answer you. What kind of problem are you facing?
