I search this transparency Bumper for the Jolla C2:

I did not find any shop inside DE/EU which i can get it.

I got one from Jolla but it does not fit well (with the case, USB-C cable isn’t fit well and not charging the phone). And I can’t find 3rd party cases either

We have a small batch of colourful protective covers: pink, red, white and green. Targeting to get those available to shop still during this week.

I tried the bumper for the Samsung Galaxy A05s because it was described as having the same dimensions, but in reality, it is 2mm too short (height) for the C2.

Are these the same covers as the transparent ones?

Yes, same but colourful.

Some manufacturers of USB-C cables choose to use a very large plug case around the USB-C contacts, which may cause problems with some smartphone bumpers. In that case, I would try a USB-C cable with a thinner plug around the USB-C contacts.
