I have kept an old Intel macbook around for sfos sdk based development, but I see myself transitioning to compiling on the phone as well. Iām NOT a developer, and I can use all the help I can get. Like from the SDK. I do see my Jolla as my main phone, and Iām filling the holes with homemade apps.

Since MacOS 27 will drop Intel support altogether, it is probably more relevant to talk about this.
I think developer documentation needs to be updated to either guide developers to use SSH to build their software on ARM or SDK needs to be updated to support Apple Silicon and/or ARM64 in general.
Ofc, I have no idea how hard the arm64 support implementation would be.
