Does it feel a bit chunky to anyone else. You can observe it on some websites and in long html emails. Give a flick on the screen and as it slows down you can see it being choppy.
You mean like parts of screen stay white, only showing artifacts of pictures or only some ‘colums’ of text?
That behaviour I have since ages.
And also still with SFOS 3.2.

No. More like small jumps as the scroll slows down.
I confirm these small artifacts on my Xperia X with Sailfish 3.4.
