Sailfish X purchase paid but not showing up in purchase history?

I have bought Sailfish X five times in the past few years, and I have never had this issue. I submitted a zendesk ticket but have not gotten a response. This is frustrating, as it means no aliendalvik support. Which… given the state of the app store is unfortunate.

I can live without, but I am concerned that I have thrown 50 USD into the void. Surely this is not the case?

Was your credit card charged with the 50 Euro?
If yes, did you send all data (the confirmation you got), date and time to Zendesk? The more details you send the less time they need to find it. May it needs a few days…
If no, maybe payment failed…
