Android apps no longer work via the data connection. Only via WiFi.

DESCRIPTION:
Since the update to Sailfish OS 5.0.0.29 on November 15th, the Android apps no longer work via the data connection. Only via WiFi. The Jolla apps continue to work via data connection and WiFi.
PRECONDITIONS:
For example, I installed Signal, and in this software version you can only send or receive via WiFi. This is no longer possible via data connection since the update.
If I’m not in Home, I switch WiFi off and the data connection is on.
Receiving or sending is no longer possible.
This affects all Android apps for me, Jolla apps also work with a data connection.
Signal worked without any problems until then, now only with WiFi.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Install an Android app and try to send/receive via data connection. WIFI is off
EXPECTED RESULT:
Android app works with data connection
ACTUAL RESULT:
Android app works not with data connection
