There is no roadmap.
New update is ready when it’s ready.
Updates are release with detailed changelog.
The only way to have idea what’s coming next is watching sailfishos repository on github.

This is slightly wrong: There is a secret Roadmap for the Qt update: It’s coming after cancer has been cured, world hunger ended & climate change has been reversed
