Sailfish Mail cannot show contents of messages from Jira and other Atlassian products

DESCRIPTION:

Built-in Mail application is unable to to show contents of messages from Jira Cloud

PRECONDITIONS:

Jira Cloud subscription

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Configure Exchange account with Jira Cloud subscription
  2. Send new Jira issue notification
  3. Try to open it in Sailfish Mail application

EXPECTED RESULT:

Mail must show message contents

ACTUAL RESULT:

Message contents field is blank

You can see how it looks in Sailfish Mail and in the other application.

Is this consistent? I’m not on EA, so I can only report things from 3.4, but I regularly receive mails that I have to make the Mail app try to display several times in a row to get them finally displayed. So on 3.4, it’s not consistent, but still also happening.

Yes, for me it’s always consistent, on the previous versions too.

The WebView has been updated. Are you still impacted by this bug?
