The answer to the question is no - the tool is basically a DAV client tuned to nextcloud usage.
For command-line handling of Nextcloud DAV, I recommend using either davfs2 or rclone. See the links below for more.
My main motivation to build this one was because I noticed that Sailsync Owncloud ships the sibling owncloudcmd
tool, and wanted to see whether replacing that with the nextcloud one would make any difference.
It made little in practive.
One thing to note about the chum built version is that due to the old Qt version in stock SFOS, the version packaged here needs to be old too. Newer ones require newer Qt versions to build.
BUT! We have a newer Qt version available in chum, and this experimental version is built against Qt5.15.
