Roaming on SMARTY reports network connection error in France

REPRODUCIBILITY: only on certain countries, France in this case
OS VERSION: 4.4.latest
HARDWARE: xperia 10 III
UI LANGUAGE: en-gb

DESCRIPTION:

I get a network connection error while roaming in France with settings copied from iOS, where it does work. Journal says:

PRECONDITIONS:

none

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. be in France with a SMARTY contract

EXPECTED RESULT:

get data

ACTUAL RESULT:

no data

MODIFICATIONS:

none

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

sms and calls seem to work, I also tried the SIM card in the other slot and didn’t see any improvements.

I also tried to get ofono logs aa explained in Collect oFono Logs | Sailfish OS Documentation but the package doesn’t seem to exist.
Any help would be appreciated!

Not really, SIM2 doesn’t make any difference and the workaround stated in the comment doesn’t make sense to me :slight_smile:

I went to France last day and got the same issue. I think it may be related to CLAT.
I installed the newest packages and will see if it changes something.
