Since the update from 4.5->4.6 every time when a call comes in, the ring tone sounds like two tracks are played. The selection in the prefs shows “Jolla” as the default ring tone (sim1/2) but the actual played one is a combination of the selected “Jolla” with something different at the same time. A reboot helps just shortly. The first call makes the correct ringtone appears, but a day or two after the same behaviour appears as above explained.
Does some one observes the same behaviour?

I notice the same on the SMS chime.
If you select another ringtone, does the effect persist?
When in the described state, then changing the chime does not help. Still layered by a second one.
Example - unfortunately I can not upload a mp3 example recording.
So it plays the new sound, but the underlying sound is still there? And the underlying sound never changes when you change ringtones?
You can get an example by (available for 24h):
curl -s https://paste.centos.org/view/raw/5ed97483 | dos2unix | base64 -d > example-mixed_chime.mp3

X10III, v5.0.0.77 - it happens from time to time, reboot fixes it.
I would blame some fat Android apps, but I can’t find a reliable pattern for triggering it.
When the phone rings like that, I also have issues with the proximity sensor - my ear interacts with the touchscreen and mutes me, puts the call on hold, brings up the numerical keyboard, etc. Now, when the condition appears, I reboot it instead of picking the call
