I forgot my device pin-code. Now I dry to go back to factory settings to beginn all over again.
I have good instructions, but it doesn’t work.
I can open the settings window in PC and start the factory setting resetting from there. But the PC still needs my device PIN-code, whith I have forgotten.
Fastboot doesn’ work, because my PC doesn’t have the needed driver and I can’t find it.
Is there a solution for me

First of all, which device model are we talking about?
i have a Jolla Model 2026.
This is how real encryption works. If you lose all passphrases the data is gone. It’s a feature, not a bug.
You can of course reinstall (at least on all other supported devices).
Fastboot not working on your computer is a separate question.
AFAIK: You can enter recovery (POWER and VOL-UP and select recovery, connect usb, use telnet 10.42.66.66) and try to factory reset from there.
