DESCRIPTION:
The restart all apps system utility hangs c2. The screen goes blank and does not respond. Difficult to say what is going on

Preferably run the utility after an app misbehaves
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Run various apps, preferably have an app that misbehaves, eg force to close or wait top msg
- Go to settings utils, restart all apps
- Wait
EXPECTED RESULTS:
Home screen to become active after pressing tge wake up button
ACTUAL RESULTS:
Black screen, tge wakeup button seems to work but the screen remains black (the screen back light seems to illuminate)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Normally during this operation tge screen should return back to normal after few seconds, however in this case the screen remains black for long time and tge only option is to force device shutdown by pressing the power button for long time. The lack of LED does not help either. After a couple of power button press, the device boots up normally.
