i see only difference that i updated from 4.6.0.15 (xperia10plus is same as your 10 but with bigger screen - no hw issue expected)
i ques that you have disabled all patches before updating
these 7 new packages were from jollastore? but it should not be the problem…
anyway i would expect fail to boot after interrupted update, not after finishing, but who knows it is early access so we must count that anything could fail
well i think that faster way will be reflash

edit2: don’t you have a list of packages what failed to install in first step. it may help developers to identify which one could did it
