It would be nice to have a parameter to adjust how often the weather widget is refreshed in the events view.
When we have just loaded the info, and we cut the connections, a second later we can no longer have the info we just loaded.
Not very well done!

So sad to load information 450 times a day but especially not be able to see it when you cut the connection. Wasting data & battery.

True the “No network” indication was too strong, hiding weather info. Fixed in 3.4.0.

Luckily that never happened. New forecasts are only loaded when user visits Events view, and doesn’t automatically refresh if you visit it constantly (long-press to open context menu with action “Reload” to force refresh).
