I’m very sorry that there aren’t any Jolla and/or Sailfish OS “goodies” in the Jolla store.
It would be a good way for the community to promote Sailfish OS.
We’re missing caps, polo shirts, T-shirts, mugs … In addition, it would enable Jolla/Jollyboys to make a bit of a profit …
Plus, I don’t live far from the seaside. I’m going to miss this summer on the beach 
My “I am the First One” shirt often got questions, mainly being “You’re the first one to do what?”, I’d explain and the common response was “erm, oh, right, cool” and that’d be it. Most are too happy with their latest iPhone or Samsung black box. The odd nerdy-geeky type would ask; “is that a Linux distro then?” and would then engage in about 3 minutes of how cool Linux is and finish with, “yeah, I’ve got a Mac at home”.
Apple or Samsung aka Coke or Pepsi. What is Jolla SailfishOS?, no one really cares, only us lot 
I’m prone to buying a bit of merch if it is of some quality and not a pile of plastic/nylon sweat wear. A good woolly hat, a good hoody, a sweater, a t-shirt/polo shirt, preferably 100% cotton. I’m not sure it’s any kind of promotion though but more showing support for Jolla.
There are a great number of online outlets dealing with print/embroidery of garments.
Perhaps approve some designs for printing/embroidering on apparel with the Jolly Boys and order them ourselves, this of course means no profit for Jolla but is promotion on a small scale. I don’t think it would be worth the hassle or the small profit Jolla might earn from a few hundred shirts/caps/whatevers.
Yeah, just wearing jolla merch is not going to get adoption any higher, same experience here, but if there are third parties they can contract to offer merch and get some money from it, with 0 cost/investment outside of providing them jolla logo svg and they will take care of logistics and stuff like for youtubers/patreons etc, go for it, would love another jolla beanie (and a bit bigger one this time)
Some swag would be nice. I might actually buy a t-shirt with the sailfish logo. A secret message to fellow SFOS users, just some nice ornament to others.
