I received my Jolla c2 on 04-01-2026.
Thank you for that!
I started by charging the phone up to 100%,
Then I started it up, and ran the startup wizard without any problems.
I chose my language Danish, set my network provider, then created the email program and contacts (People), no problems.
When I then selected camera, to take a picture, the camera did not work, only showed some colored lines, after several unsuccessful attempts, I chose to restart my Jolla c2, the phone froze when entering the code, this happened several times. I then chose to reset the phone and reinstall to factory settings.
I installed the Terminal program Putty. I followed the instructions, but I could not connect to my Jolla c2. After several unsuccessful attempts, I replaced the USB cable with a new one, yes! now it worked. My Jolla c2 is running again and now the camera works.
